Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms before registering for classes at Quran Lessons.

By registering at Quran Lessons you agree to the following terms of service and class policy. These terms may be updated at any time.

Free trial

After you complete the free trial for your selected package, you may continue with regular classes, request two extra trial days with another teacher, or leave without any payment.

Monthly fees

Once you continue, monthly fees are charged in advance at the start of each billing cycle. Quran Lessons may suspend classes if fees remain unpaid for 7 days after the due date, and your regular teacher or time slot may be reassigned.

Teacher absence and technical issues

If a teacher cannot take a scheduled class due to a technical issue, a substitute will be arranged, the class will be recovered at another time, or the fee will be refunded.

Student absences

If you cannot attend, notify us one day in advance so the class can be recovered. Otherwise missed classes are still charged, because teachers remain available for the full slot. More than three continuous missed classes will not be recovered. Absence of more than two weeks without notice may result in cancellation, with fees still due for that period.

Putting classes on hold

To keep the same teacher and time reserved, payment continues for hold days. Otherwise a new time or teacher may be offered when you return, without a guarantee of the original slot.

Packages and class times

One package uses one time for all selected days. Different times on different days are treated as separate packages. If a student is late, unused minutes are not recovered. If the teacher is late, the time is made up.

Cancellation

To stop classes, notify billing before the next due date and complete the month already paid. Payments already made are not refunded or adjusted after discontinuation.

Privacy and class accounts

Do not share phone numbers, email, or payment details with anyone, including tutors. Personal information is held by administration only. Students and teachers may not hire each other privately. Class IDs are for lessons only and may be monitored. Sessions may be recorded for quality assurance.
